Pamela Wants Fan Restrained

Stacked star Pamela Anderson is not stoked about the attention she's been receiving from a determined fan.

The curvaceous actress filed a restraining order against William Peter Stansfield, 29, claiming he had been "stalking and harassing me, my sons and other family members for more than a month," according to court documents first obtained by Extra and posted on the Smoking Gun Website.

Stansfield, who hails from Newcastle, England and is reportedly homeless, allegedly began his campaign to access Anderson last month.

According to Anderson's court documents, filed Sept. 15 in Los Angeles Superior Court, Stansfield has made repeated attempts to contact her, including slipping documents into the mailbox of her Malibu home, stating his desire to work with her.

"I have no intention of working with Mr. Stansfield," Anderson declared. "These actions are harassing and I had to instruct security to make sure that he did not enter the community."

The former Baywatch babe also stated that she witnessed Stansfield talking to her 7-year-old son, Dylan, at his school and became extremely concerned.

When she approached him, he told her he wanted her "to stop working on Stacked and work on a movie with a script that he had written for me," according to her complaint.

"I was very uncomfortable and immediately told him to leave us alone, and my sons and I left the school," Anderson said in her court filing. "My children were very frightened and upset by this confrontation and did not understand why this man was at their school talking to them. There was absolutely no reason for Mr. Stansfield to be anywhere near my sons' school."

Stansfield also allegedly approached Anderson's mother, sister-in-law and nanny at various locations, apparently seeking to contact the buxom thesp through those close to her.

He confronted Anderson's mother at the post office and handed her several pages of handwritten notes, explaining why he believed Anderson should fire her current manager and hire him to fill the position.

"My mother was very uncomfortable and concerned for her safety, as well as for the safety of my sons," Anderson stated. "As a result, she politely took the documents in order to end any further confrontation with Mr. Stansfield. This was another unwanted attempt by Mr. Stansfield to involve himself with me and my family."

Anderson's court filing included declarations from her sister-in-law, Lori Anderson, and her nanny, Evan Moore, who both alleged that Stansfield had approached them in a manner that made them uneasy.

A judge set an Oct. 3 hearing on Anderson's petition.
