Ouch! Why Is Sean "Diddy" Combs' Arm in a Sling?

Sean "Diddy" Combs looks like he may be hurting. The rapper was spotted earlier this week at Miami's Art Basel with his arm in a sling.

Uh-oh! Is it serious? We did some digging to find out...

"Diddy had minor surgery on his shoulder to fix an old injury," Combs' rep tells us. Glad to hear it's nothing too serious!

Combs isn't the first Hollywood celeb to accessorize with injury wear for bumps and bruises.
