Looks like the hell of the Dunder Mifflin warehouse is the closest Craig Robinson's going to come to prison.
Although The Office star pleaded guilty last summer to one felony count of possessing a controlled substance after being busted with Ecstasy, the actor may get off (Michael) Scott-free.
"Proof of completion of program was received and filed in March," Los Angeles Superior Court spokeswoman Vania Steulp told E! News. At a hearing today, the judge acknowledged Robinson's progress.
Last August, he qualified for a deferred entry of judgment for his guilty plea, paving the way for the charge's dismissal should he successfully complete 18 months of a drug-diversion program, consisting of drug counseling and rehab.
Robinson, 37, was not present at this morning's hearing, though his attorney Blair Berk was.
According to Steulp, a subsequent hearing for a "possible dismissal" of the charge has been set for Feb. 19, 2010.
