O'Donnell Adds to Brood

Chris O'Donnell is one proud papa, again.

The actor and wife Caroline have added a baby boy to their expanding brood, his publicist, Tracy Shaffer, announced Tuesday.

"Mother and baby are doing great," the rep said in a written statement.

Named Charles McHugh O'Donnell, the little tyke was born July 11 in Los Angeles, weighing in at 7 pounds, 7 ounces.

Chuck is the couple's third child. They also have a daughter, Lily and a son, Christopher Jr.

O'Donnell and his missus, best described as Hollywood's most clean-cut couple, tied the knot six years ago--an eternity in Tinseltown terms.

He was the fresh-scrubbed sidekick opposite Al Pacino in Scent of a Woman and Robin in two installments of Warners' Batman franchise. She was a kindergarten teacher and the kid sister of his Boston College roommate. They met in the early '90s and have been together ever since.

O'Donnell, 33, has been off the radar in recent years as he's tended to his family. His last major role was in 2000's mountain climbing flick Vertical Limit. He also appeared in 2002's straight-to-video indie drama 29 Palms, playing against type as a hit man.

He will be featured on ABC's The Practice this season in a three-episode ripped-from-headlines arc loosely based on the Laci Peterson case, playing a man accused of killing his pregnant wife.

O'Donnell will next be seen on the big screen opposite Liam Neeson and Laura Linney in director Bill Condon's feature Kinsey, about the noted sex researcher.
