Nick Stahl's family was clearly worried when his wife, Roseann, filed a missing-person report Monday, but there were ongoing issues prior to that.

According to court papers obtained by E! News, Nick, 32, was involved in a custody battle with his Roseann over their 2-year-old daughter Marlo. She filed in February requesting that her husband not be allowed unsupervised visits with their daughter. She also requested the court grant her both legal and physical custody of Marlo and Nick be given only visitation rights.

Roseann, 30, also stated that in 2011 she estimated the Terminator: Rise of the Machines actor's income to be $500,000 while she listed her own income as $0. She said her total monthly expenses totaled $6065.

In March, she subsequently requested Nick pay $3807 monthly in child support, and he agreed. He was granted only supervised visitation with their daughter. Per the visitation order, his visitation had to be monitored by a professional visitation monitor and he was not allowed to consume any alcoholic beverages or narcotics at any time within the 24 hours prior to visitation.

He was also ordered to provide a negative drug test result for marijuana, cocaine and alcohol within 24 hours prior to his scheduled visitation and to fax a copy of the test results over to his wife at least six hours before his visitation.

"Thank you for the kind words," Roseann tweeted Wednesday. She also retweeted a plea for anyone with information about Nick's whereabouts to contact the LAPD.
