The Mystery of Mirren's Clothes Call

During her remarks at last night’s Platinum Guild Awards at the Luxe Hotel in Beverly Hills, Jane Kaczmarek cooed to the crowd that Hines is responsible for getting Mirren involved with Clothes Off Our Back, the group Kazmareck cofounded to raise funds for children’s charities through auctions of celebrity clothing and accessories.
However, that was news to Hines!
“This is the first I’ve heard about Helen, but I can’t wait to call her tomorrow and see if she wants to hang out with me,” the Curb Your Enthusiasm star said after receiving an award for her work with Clothes Off Our Back. “We could definitely go to lunch and have a few martinis and let our hair down.”
