Broken Lizard's Club Dread

The folks in the Broken Lizard comedy troupe probably weren't the funniest people in school, but they were the people who constantly worked at making the class laugh. That's apparent when the people behind Super Troopers inject their frat-house humor into this satire about a killer's spree in a tequila-drenched party resort. A Jimmy Buffett-esque hippie (Bill Paxton) operates the place, the female fitness instructor is oversexed, and the swarthy diving instructor is always in tight shorts. Sure, not all of the gags work--and you have to sit through a B-movie slasher flick to get to the jokes--but the movie has a totally carefree, un-Hollywood vibe, and the performers obviously had fun making the film. If you're in the mood for a romp, you'll have just as much fun watching it.
