More Britney Accusations
It's not looking good for Brit's side in the custody battle for her two little boys, Sean Preston and Jayden James.
Tony Barretto, a bodyguard who lived in Britney's home from the time she came out of rehab in March until May 17, has come forward to testify because "of his concern about the safety and well-being of the children," says a statement from lawyer Gloria Allred.
According to Allred, the pop singer's legal team decided not to cross-examine him on allegations "of nudity...drug use and safety issues," which she interprets as a declaration "unrefuted and unchallenged."(We're not attorneys, but we know that's not a boost for Spears.)
Now, Allred has passed the former bodyguard's concerns about the kids along to Children's Protective Services.
