Miranda Kerr swears it's all about the squats.

The incredibly beautiful model wife of Orlando Bloom was back in fine form when she took to the runway in Australia earlier this week, showing off a perfect bod just seven months after giving birth to baby Flynn—in a barely there bikini, no less.

So how'd she get back in tip-top shape for the show, during which she drew gasps from the audience?

"I have been doing my squats and I started Pilates as well as my usual yoga routine," she told the Herald Sun.

The 28-year-old admitted she was nervous about appearing in the David Jones fashion show in Sydney and showing off her post-baby figure, but after the she drew applause from the audience, she appeared to be just fine.

"I am a little nervous about getting back on the runway after just having a baby seven months ago in a swimsuit," she said.

The Victoria's Secret beauty, sporting dramatic red lips and wavy hair, showed off seven different outfits, including a sparkly red gown, a leather jacket and a croped top and jeans. Kerr had made a runway appearance for Balenciaga just two months after giving birth, but she was covered up in a long black dress.

Kerr's hubby Orlando was not there to see his wife strut her bikini bod on the catwalk, although he did stop by rehearsals earlier in the day before jetting to New Zealand, where he is filming The Hobbit.

Her son Flynn, whom Kerr calls "a charmer," also missed the show—he has a 6:30 bedtime.
