No denying that. But as Miley explained in an exclusive sit down with E! News, that's not the premise behind "Can't Be Tamed."
"The video isn't about being sexy or about who can wear less clothes. It's about explaining the song and living the lyrics."
At its core, says the pop sensation, it's about following your heart: "I don't want to be in a cage. I want to be free and do what I love."
