Michael Lohan Domestic Violence Case Dismissed
Lindsay's not the only one enjoying her freedom this post-Fourth of July week.
Her dad Michael Lohan can breathe a sigh of relief now that a Beverly Hills judge has quashed a misdemeanor domestic violence charge against him for allegedly roughing up ex-girlfriend, Kate Major, during an argument the two had last March.

If it's not one Lohan, it's another—and sometimes it's both at the same time.
Just as Lindsay Lohan was flying home to Los Angeles to deliver a decision on a plea deal that could put an end to Necklacegate, her father was arrested in West Hollywood on three felony charges related to a domestic violence accusation, the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department confirms to E! News.
But is it like father, like daughter? Lindsay is currently weighing whether to accept the plea deal she was offered by the D.A., which would have her avoid a jury trial but unavoidably see jail time for her alleged crimes.

Billy Ray Cyrus made headlines this week when he told GQ that Hannah Montana destroyed his family.
Actually, he blamed the show and basically Disney for a lot more than that. He claims they used him to be a scapegoat for daughter Miley Cyrus' bad decisions (hence why he didn't club with his daughter on her 18th birthday) and also went so far as to say he's "scared" for Miley.

Lindsay Lohan is free to leave rehab. The question now is when.
A source close to the starlet tells E! News exclusively that a TMZ story saying Lohan is considering staying at the Betty Ford clinic through the week to continue her treatment is "absolutely false" and that Lindsay actually plans to leave the Rancho Mirage, Ca., facility "very shortly."
Per the insider, the now clean and sober actress "didn't want a motorcade and the paparazzi to be chasing her," but word is she could be exiting the facility as early as today.
