Lindsay's embattled father, Michael Lohan, left a Florida jail Wednesday after spending almost three weeks behind bars following his Oct. 25 arrest for attacking his off-again girlfriend, Kate Major
"We got him out of jail today," Lohan's attorney Michael Perry tells E! News. "I am very pleased and I think it has all worked out. I think he can finally put all of this behind him."

It's always fun to peep the Lohan family during happier times. We think it's a nice way to break up the courthouse appearances, rehab stints and community service hours clocked in at the morgue.
For Lindsay Lohan, it was jet setting fashion fun (and some spit swapped with her mama) before she returned to court, where she was booked and added another mug shot to her collection. For her similarly troubled papa, it was a shopping spree.

While Lindsay Lohan is still at the morgue, her father remains in the hospital.
Michael Lohan continues to be treated at a Florida medical center after suffering a foot injury following a less-than-successful leap off a balcony.
The mishap went down as police closed in on him yesterday for violating a judge's order to not contact his domestic abuse-accusing girlfriend Kate Major.
However, authorities say that, despite the fact that Lohan continues to be treated, he has been booked remotely.

Michael Lohan had quite the adventure with police during his latest arrest.
The recently released police report documenting the bizarre events reads like an action novel, beginning with Lohan's violation of a no-contact order and concluding with his hospitalization after fleeing the cops by jumping from a hotel balcony.
The report also notes (under "linkage factors") that Lohan "consumed alcohol and drugs."
