The Sabrina, the Teenage Witch star, who turns 36 tomorrow, is expecting her third child with husband Mark Wilkerson. She confirmed the news herself—with a couple of pairs of helping hands.
"(Early) Happy Birthday to me! And baby makes 3!" Hart tweeted, along with a photo of sons Mason, 6, and Braydon, 4, resting their little paws on her already-growing belly.
The actress talked to E! News a couple of years ago about adding another baby or two to the Wilkerson bunch—and she wasn't kidding.

As for her Hart's other baby, the second season of Melissa and Joey premieres May 30 on ABC Family.
