Sorry, Alexander Dalton, it doesn't look like a fat check will be coming to you anytime soon.

Reports claimed Oksana Grigorieva's 14-year-old son would be getting a $100,000 payout from Mel Gibson so that the young boy wouldn't sue the actor after he allegedly pushed the boy during an argument in 2009.

E! News has learned that is not the case at all.

"The deal between Mel and Oksana is exactly what was set forth on the record, in open court, on August 31, 2011. No more, no less," Gibson's publicist, Alan Nierob, tells E! News.

"Mel is paying exactly the sums set forth to Oksana and is paying no additional sums to Alexander Dalton or anyone else.  How Oksana chooses to have any sums due from Mel allocated is her business. However, there are absolutely no funds being paid to anyone to settle any alleged claims other than the releases set forth on the record on August 31."

The settlement Nirob is referring to includes $750,000 to Gibson's Russian baby mama, payed in three installments—$250,000 after the releases have been signed, another $250,000 by September 2013 and a final installment by September, 2016.

Also, Oksana will be allowed to live in Gibson's Sherman Oaks, Calif., house until their nearly 2-year-old daughter, Lucia, turns 18. At that point, the home will be sold and proceeds will be put in a trust for Lucia.
