We haven't seen the hunky Taylor Lautner out and about lately—not even at the People's Choice Awards. So this makes me wonder: Is he trying to keep a low profile, or is he possibly working on a new project? Or is it all just a coincidence?

What you're seeing with Taylor's public persona lately is all about the Twilight effect. Nobody knows better that yummy Taylor that he got totally overexposed with the Twilight franchise—and that baby ain't even over yet! So, Lautner and his peeps, all of whom want the Tay-machine to be a megastar along the likes of Tom Cruise one day know that, right now, PR economy is the best policy. In other words, no Nikki Reed-style silliness on the red carpet (and elsewhere) right now for our boy Tay!

The We Bought a Zoo actor had been slated to make his directorial debut on a movie starring both himself and John Krasinski, but has now decided to pull out of helming the project.

The We Bought a Zoo star began discussing his views on President Barack Obama's administration during an interview with Elle Magazine (which, by the way, was conducted in New York during the start of the Occupy Wall Street protests), saying, "I've talked to a lot of people who worked for Obama at the grassroots level. One of them said to me, ‘Never again. I will never be fooled again by a politician...'

Review in a Hurry: Writer-director Cameron Crowe (Jerry Maguire) buys a zoo and let's Matt Damon and Scarlett Johansson run it! Very much the kind of film that plays during the holiday season—although not directly linked to Christmas—the whole look and feel is warm, and sure, a bit overly sentimental. But the strong performances and Crowe's deft touch keep you invested, even if those that oppose the zoo will induce much rolling of the eyes.

Matt Damon, who ordinarily remains above the trash-talking fray, sunk himself right down into it this week while speaking out as the coverboy of the new issue of GQ.
Among other far less intriguing revelations, the A-list Oscar winner didn't hold back while criticizing the Bourne Ultimatum screenwriter Tony Gilroy for turning in a script that he dubbed not only "embarrassing" and "unreadable," but a veritable "career-ender" for the scribe.
And that's only the tip of this bitterly cold iceberg.

Though we would love to see one of our B.V. stars get homolicious for the long haul, it's probably not going to happen with any of these three—with the possible exception of Terry (but never publicly). Sure, they all play for both teams, but that's supposed to be a secret, remember? And, sweetheart, none of them could care less.

We know the Twilight cast is Vicey and the Hunger Games cast not so much, but what about The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo cast? Any dirt you can spill, anything that went down on set? I'm thinking Daniel Craig, Rooney Mara and David Fincher must all have Vices by now.

Review in a Hurry: An unnecessary sequel to the overrated 2006 hit, HF2 again shows there's no problem you can't tap-dance your way out of. Despite some amazing animation and cool song mash-ups, this flat-footed follow-up is as messy and overcrowded as, well, an island packed with poopy penguins.
