Mario Lopez Dancing Back to Nip/Tuck?

Didn't get enough of Mario Lopez's ripped, muscled bod and his bare butt on Nip/Tuck?
Well, you may be getting more. I just got off the phone with Lopez, and he told me that he may be popping up again on the hit FX series.
During his guest gig last season, he appeared completely naked in a communal shower with Julian McMahon, who plays lothario plastic surgeon Dr. Christian Troy. While there was no full frontal shot, cameras showed us every other inch of Lopez's bod.
"There have been talks," Lopez said about a Nip/Tuck return. "I'd love to do it again. The guys there are great."
For now, Lopez is concentrating on Smart Spot Dance!, a national program sponsored by PepsiCo that promotes the health benefits of dancing. When I caught up with Lopez, he was in New York City launching the program at a local YMCA with Broadway star LaChanze.
"They're specifically targeting the Latino community; obesity is prevalent there," Lopez said. "And I can relate to that with having some chubby family members myself."
So, is dance the only thing the former Dancing with the Stars contestant does these days to maintain his chiseled physique? While it's definitely a part of his regimen, he says, "I still love to box and go running. I just make sure to stay active doing all sorts of different stuff."
But let's get back to the shower scene in Nip/Tuck. No doubt it's one of the most homoerotic scenes in television history. It actually starts off with Lopez's character accusing McMahon's of staring at his "d--k."
It's had quite a run on YouTube. "It's a little weird," Lopez said. "I didn't think it would have had so much of a life on the Internet."
