Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon Show Off Their Incredible Twins

Moroccan and Monroe prepped for their first Halloween with cutesy Incredibles costumes

It's safe to say Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon are really excited about their twins' first Halloween (or are huge fans of The Incredibles).

The newly cemented family of four got all dressed up as the animated superheroes as a part of their personal photo collection, which Nick and Mariah released in celebration of the Fresh Air Fund's Camp Mariah, a career awareness camp that helps inner-city kids explore educational paths and career options.

And we have to admit, this shot is pretty darn cute.

Carey and Cannon showed their twins, Moroccan and Monroe, to the world for the first time Friday in a sit-down with Barbara Walters on 20/20.
