Star Trek fanboys may want to sit down for this because we're about to reveal that one of Hollywood's most-smokin' hotties is a...Trekker!
Yes, she's not only beautiful and smart, but she loves herself some Capt. Kirk & Co. So much so that her friends give her Star Trek-themed birthday presents.
So who's the stunning starlet who has a thing for the sci-fi franchise and which of its television series is her favorite?
Mila Kunis is a self-described "massive Trekkie." (Yeah, we know die-hards prefer the term Trekker, but we're sure fanboys will forgive the mistake.)
"I got into it in my late teens—18, 19, 20. Something like that," Ms. Kunis says in the new issue of GQ. "I got into it later than most people. But let's not talk about in the past tense. I'm still a Star Trek fan. You never stop being one."
Her favorite series in order from favorite to least favorite are The Next Generation, Voyager, Deep Space Nine and then Enterprise. She even visited the Star Trek Experience in Las Vegas before it closed down a few years ago.
"I also have a signed Leonard Nimoy photo in a frame that a girlfriend gave to me for my 21st birthday," Kunis says. "And I've got a bunch of vintage Star Trek figurines given to me by Jason Segal. God, it's so embarrassing."
Meanwhile, Kunis says she's never had a guy pal she only sleeps with like her character attempts to have in Friends With Benefits.
"I haven't, but I can give you my stance on it: It's like communism—good in theory, in execution it fails," she explains. "Friends of mine have done it, and it never ends well. Why do people put themselves through that torture?"
Kunis also insists she's not dating anyone. "I am," she said when writer David Marchese asked if she was single. "I wouldn't dare wish myself upon anybody at this point in my life! My shooting schedule is crazy. I'm a nomad till January."
