Abercrombie & Fitch may be offering The Situation money not to wear its clothing, but who cares?

Corporate America still loves Jersey Shore.

Case in point?

Shore star Vinny Guadagnino has landed a gig as the celeb face of Philips Norelco's new back-to-school campaign.

No, Vinny is not promoting education and institutions of higher learning. The company wants him to show young men how to stay well-groomed.

"Well, Marc, I did graduate from college," Vinny said with a laugh when I caught up with him earlier this week. "I lived in a dorm and I know what it's like not being able to get haircuts...The point is to stay fresh and the haircut is the most important thing to me."

Sorry, Abercrombie!

Meanwhile, Vinny tells me he does want to go back to school—acting school, that is. "I want to take acting classes," he said. "I don't feel that because I'm on Jersey Shore I belong in movies. I want to really perfect it so that when it is all over, I'll actually have a résumé and I can have a career in acting."

As for the never-ending question of when Vinny and the rest of the Jersey crew will call it quits, he said, "I don't know. I thought that this was going to be a one-hour special on MTV about a bunch of people, you know what I'm saying? I didn't know it was going to be all this."
