Sherri Shepherd on The View?
Reports today claim Barbara Walters will announce Monday that Shepherd is the fifth permanent cohost on The View—but that shouldn’t come as a big surprise to regular readers of Planet Gossip.
I reported back on May 31 that Shepherd had already been telling friends she was close to signing on with Walters & Co.
At the time, I’m told, Shepherd was actually putting some of her future business plans on hold—she was that certain her schedule would be drastically changing due to her new View gig.
