It's 11:45 a.m., and the guessing game of who will and who won't be at the MTV Movie Awards today is in full force.
I just got word that Paris Hilton—who will most likely be heading to the clink on Tuesday—has signed on to present at the awards.
While there were rumors that Lindsay Lohan would skip out of her latest stint in rehab to make an appearance, her rep says the 20-year-old starlet will not partake in the festivities.
Of course, this has me thinking about another much-in-the-news young lady, Ms. Britney Spears. Here's hoping she pops up today!
