Miley Cyrus Misquoted: "I Love Rebecca Black!"

Is Miley Cyrus seriously hating on "Friday" singer Rebecca Black?
Earlier this week, the Hannah Montana star had some less-than-encouraging words for viral video insta-artists like Black.
Well, we just chatted with Cyrus at the Kids' Choice Awards in L.A. and she wants everyone to know how she really feels about the YouTube sensation...
"I am a fan of Rebecca Black," Cyrus assured us earlier today. "I love Rebecca Black. I just got misquoted. I think she's great."
The 18-year-old starlet is such a fan we may even be seeing a Miley rendition of Black's hit song in the near future.
"I actually have this really embarrassing video that my sister has on her phone," she says, "and I'm just waiting till the day that she puts it on YouTube. It's me driving, singing Rebecca Black and my hands are not always on the wheel while I'm singing the song. Not so good."
As for her relationship status (we had to ask), Cyrus played very coy about rumored rekindled flame Liam Hemsworth.
When asked if she's currently single, Cyrus smiled, "Maybe, maybe not. It's a question mark."
