Jessica Simpson proved to be a real southern girl on the set of her new movie.
I’m told Ms. Simpson gifted a bunch of folks working on Major Movie Star with a 14-karat gold necklace from jewelry designer Maya Brenner that features a charm in the shape of Louisiana. Cost? Three hundred dollars apiece.
The upcoming comedy, in which Simpson plays a down-on-her-luck movie star who tries to change her life by enlisting in the U.S. Army, was shot in Shreveport, Louisiana.
