Jennifer Lopez is a busy lady.
"I just have this attitude towards life—you just gotta attack it," she told me last night at her American Music Awards party at Greystone Manor. "You just gotta go for it."

"Sometimes it can be overwhelming," she admitted. "I have a lot going on with the kids and everything, but you know, anytime I get tired or feel overwhelmed, I go, 'This is good. I'm alive. It's OK. I'm lucky.' "
Lopez, 42, admits the thought of a taking a break from the biz occassionally pops into her head. "I get tired sometimes, but to be quite honest, I love what I do," she said. "Anytime I get any feeling that feels like this is scary, this is too much, I'm like, 'Don't be so weak.' "
Don't be surprised if her upcoming schedule includes some time with...Justin Bieber!
"I think he's adorable," Lopez gushed about the Biebster. "I would love to do something with him. He's a talented kid."
