Gossip Girl's Kelly Rutherford Has a New Man

Kelly Rutherford wasn't trying to hide something when she insisted recently that she and onscreen Gossip Girl beau Matthew Settle are just friends when the cameras stop rolling.

But that doesn't mean the mommy of two is single!

We're happy to report Ms. Rutherford has finally put her nasty split from ex-husband Daniel Giersch behind her…

Rutherford, 41, is dating a new mystery man. Just last night we spotted the two locking lips at the Shery Shabani jewelry event in Bel-Air. We even saw Rutherford playfully squeeze her man's tush!

And they were also out and about this morning, strolling hand-in-hand with Rutherford's daughter, Helena Grace, near her West Hollywood home. "Kelly has known him for years," a source close to Rutherford tells us, declining to reveal his name. "They are old friends, she really trusts him, and she feels like he is exactly the opposite of her ex-husband."

Rutherford's rep confirmed the actress is dating someone, but also declined to give us a name: "Kelly does indeed have a new man in her life, but that's all we're sharing for now."

We'll assume he's the same man she was with last night and this morning.
