Did Chelsea Handler Have to Steal Her Man Back From Renée Zellweger?

It looks like that cozy business last week between Renée Zellweger and Chelsea Handler's boyfriend Andre Balazs was completely platonic.

It seems that E!'s late-night funnylady and the French hottie hotelier are, we're happy to report, still going strong. The twosome hit the White House Correspondents Dinner together on Saturday night.

And now, one of Handler pals is telling us that she thinks Balazs could be the one for Ms. Handler.

"He's a babe," Chelsea Lately writer Heather McDonald recently told us of Balazs, who famously dated Uma Thurman. "He's very successful...[H]e's very nice."

So, does Heather think they're in it for the long haul?

"Yes, I do," she said. "I think she's met her match...He doesn't put up with [her], but in a fun way, which she loves. Chelsea likes when you don't put up with her too much."

Handler and Balazs were first rumored to be romancing back in January when they were spotted together at the Sundance Film Festival.

As for whether we'll be seeing another season of Handler's hit spinoff series, After Lately, McDonald smiled, "We don't know for sure, but it's looking very good. They were very happy with it, and everyone loved it. It was really something different that E! had never done and we had a great time doing it, so I think it looks good."
