As we know now, Demi Moore has announced she is divorcing Kutcher after six years of marriage.
"He doesn't talk about his personal life," Judy Greer, who plays his ex-girlfriend on Two and a Half Men, told me the other day while promoting her new movie, The Descendants.
However...
"All I can say is that [Moore] was around all the time and I like her," Greer said, adding, "Ashton is super fun and happy and people love him. He's great on set. He's great to everybody. He's kind of a breath of fresh air."
Kutcher frequently appears shirtless on the show. "It's not awful on set when he's shirtless, you know," Greer smiled. "He had his shirt off the other day at work and he said, 'I need to workout' and I was like, Seriously?"
Working with hot men seems to be a running theme for Greer. In the Oscar-buzzing Descendants, she gets kissed by George Clooney. Director Alexander Payne doesn't usually do a lot of takes, "but for this kissing scene for some reason he shot the s--t out of it.
"The only thing I thought of was maybe this was George's practical joke on me," Greer said. "Like maybe this was the prank I was waiting for all the time. But then I thought, no, it would cost too much money to shoot so much."
And then there's her work opposite Gerard Butler in the upcoming Playing the Field.
"All night long," Greer said when I asked if she got to kiss him, too. "I attack him...I jumped on him like a monkey."
