She was spotted with a bruised lip that very same day, while visiting a pumpkin patch with son Max.
However, a source close to the couple confirms there was no violence. "She fell," the source said. "It was a simple fall, nothing else."
She'll be doing press for Burlesque at the flick's press junket in about three weeks. And then on Nov. 21, she'll perform at the American Music Awards, as will P!nk, Usher and Bon Jovi.
