Celebrity Skin: The Rosie Tattoo and Phil Donahue, Too

Rosie O'Donnell moderated a talk yesterday in New York City about teen issues with stars from Broadway's Spring Awakening and the N network's Degrassi: The Next Generation.
Great topic, but I have to say the one detail that definitely got my attention was the tattoo on O'Donnell's right leg. Who knew she was so tatted?
Her rep tells me "she's had it for years." A source says O'Donnell does add to it from time to time. I can't tell exactly what it is, but it appears to be a flowery arrangement that looks a little like stained glass.
As for the latest on O'Donnell and the ongoing question of what she'll do next, she said in her blog this morning she'd welcome a project with Phil Donahue. "I would love to work with Phil Donahue," O'Donnell said in a video post. "He is an inspiration, an idol, a patriot and a genius."
