Beyoncé Warms Solange's House

At the American Music Awards last night, Beyoncé took home the International Artist Award of Excellence.
So, how did she celebrate?
Not at a club. I hear the Dreamgirl went to her 21-year-old sister Solange’s housewarming party after the awards.
I’m told Solange, who also presented last night, was celebrating her new apartment at the Lofts @ Hollywood and Vine.
The buzz is that Solange has bought a 1,500-square-foot, two-floor loft in the 77-year-old Gothic-deco property. Originally known as the Equitable Building, it was recently converted into a high-end condominium complex, where amenities include valet parking and a roof garden.
No word on how much Solange may have paid for the unit, but the original asking price was $799,000, according to real-estate sources.
Solange has got a lot going on these days. She’s set to release her second album, Hadley Street Dreams, in January, and is also working on a children’s album and a line of hip-hop-influenced toys called Baby Jamz. “It’s so important for me to use my talents and gifts on things that make my son proud,” she wrote in a post on her official MySpace page.
Solange gave birth in 2004 to son Daniel Julez with her then husband, Daniel Smith, when she was just 18. Solange and Smith divorced earlier this year, after about three years of marriage.
