Make It Stop: Stars Strutting in Knee Pads

As if some of these leggings weren't already questionable, stars like Khloé Kardashian Odom and Kylie Minogue are topping off the look with leather and metal knee pads.

Sorry, ladies, but this is one trend that needs to crawl away and die. Here's why:

Hollywood's already got a reputation for folks getting famous thanks to sex tapes (oh, hi, Paris Hilton) and casting couches—no need to reinforce the image that you might be working your way to the top on your hands and (especially!) knees.

The look is fine for people who actually need knee pads, like equestrians, construction workers or volleyball players, but Paris, darling, you're not actually riding, hammering or spiking anything—at least in public.

So do us a favor: Save the knee pads for your own private use and just wear pants like a normal person.
