Hey party people, I'm at Sundance! I finally made it to Park City, later than expected thanks to some plane delays, and I'm heading straight to Main Street, where Akon is performing at Harry O's. Apparently, it's the only party in town tonight, because the street is packed with people standing in frigid temps waiting to get in.

One of these brave souls happens to be Maroon 5 guitarist James Valentine, whom the bouncer isn't letting by. "I'm on the list...we're playing here tomorrow night," James pleads. "It might be under Maroon 5?" Five minutes later, he's finally given the okay.

I'm not up for that kind of finagling, so I opt to head to Doolan's instead, an Irish pub down the street, where I run into Colin Farrell. He's just arrived from the after-party for his movie In Bruges, where he hung with Mary-Kate Olsen. But now he's with three other guys, drinking Coronas at a corner table. Nobody bothers Colin, per se, but every time he goes outside to smoke a cigarette, half the bar follows him. He doesn't seem to mind and is in a good mood, holding the door for girls and making conversation. He splits before last call, but I have a hunch I'll be seeing him again this weekend, when he hosts an after-party Saturday night for Kicking It.

I'm calling it an early night, as the next day is packed with events. Here's a preview of what's in store:
I'll stop by the Reaction Lounge Gifting Suite at Stereo, where Mary-Kate Olsen and Paris Hilton are expected to get their swag on. Then in the afternoon, I'll head over to the Weinstein Company's private party at the Hollywood Life House.

Friday night, I'll be attending a dinner with the head honcho of Sundance himself, Robert Redford, at ChefDance, where Le Cirque will be whipping up fabulous French cuisine. Eddie Murphy and Tracey Edmonds were also scheduled to attend together, but something tells me Eddie might come alone—in light of their split.

Plus, Maroon 5 takes the stage for MySpace Nights at Tao, where 50 Cent will perform on Saturday. Over at Stereo, DJ AM and Steve Aoki are deejaying at the BPM magazine bash. And after hours, there's the 5W Escape House, where Sienna Miller and Josh Hartnett partied last year. Make sure to stop back for all the scoop on the soirees and swag suites!
