Last night, I had planned to see Mr. Brooks, the new psychological thriller with Kevin Costner, Demi Moore and Dane Cook. I'm literally walking out of the office when I run into buddy Coach Bob, who asks if I want to roll to see Knocked Up instead.

While I'm still excited for Mr. Brooks, I have to say this was probably one of the best decisions of my life. I haven't laughed as hard since Borat.

The beautiful Katherine Heigl plays an E! reporter (shout-out to Marcos, Bill and our crew guys, who I saw in the background of the Seacrest scene), has a one-night stand with the disgusting Seth Rogen and gets pregnant. Simple concept, incredible execution.

Directed by Judd Apatow (The 40-Year-Old Virgin), it's got a whole bunch of familiar—and hilarious—faces, such as Paul Rudd and Jonah Hill (funniest dude in Hollywood, for real).

Calling it now: This movie is going to be huge.
