Remember how inappropriate it seemed when Kathy Hilton had an etiquette reality series teaching women how to be proper young ladies?
Well, this is just like that sitch. Only, someone came to their senses and put the project on hold.
Lynne Spears was meant to be writing a book on family values...but not so much anymore.
"The book is delayed indefinitely. It's delayed, not canceled," a spokesperson for Thomas Nelson, which publishes inspirational books and Bibles, told People following the confirmation of Jamie Lynn's pregnancy.
Not that they're turning their backs on the Spears family.
"We are standing behind Lynne at this time and understand that she needs time with her family—we support that," says the spokesperson.
Well, what else could they say under the circumstances?!
