More drama for teen queen Lindsay Lohan.
The Mean Girls star was involved in a car crash Tuesday after a member of the paparazzi intentionally rammed her Mercedes-Benz with his van while pursuing the actress, police said.
Lohan suffered cuts and bruises in the accident, but told authorities she would seek medical attention on her own, police said Thursday.
The incident left Lohan "shaken up and extremely upset," her spokeswoman said in a statement Wednesday.
Photographer Galo Ramirez, 24, was booked on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon and released on $35,000 bail.
Before the crash, Lohan called the police while driving to report that she was being harassed by paparazzi and was trying to evade them, police said.
As Ramirez and other members of the paparazzi pursued her, Lohan spotted a police car headed in the other direction and attempted to reach it, police said Thursday.
At that point, Ramirez crashed his van into the left-rear of Lohan's car, causing considerable damage to the vehicle.
"I thank God my daughter was able to walk out of the car," Lohan's mother, Dina, said in a statement released by her daughter's publicist.

It's certainly been a rough few days for the Lohan clan.
On Friday, Michael Lohan, estranged father to the Parent Trap star, was sentenced to up to four years behind bars for violations ranging from assault to DUI.
The younger Lohan had no immediate comment on her prison-bound father's sentence. However, in March, she lashed out at her father in the pages of W, stating she felt she owed him nothing.
"He didn't do anything for my career except go out and not come home at night and make my mom and me stay up and wonder where he was and then show up three days later," Lohan raged. "So, I don't think he deserves anything. He doesn't even deserve my respect."
The 18-year-old actress has been the subject of much tabloid speculation of late due to her shrinking waistline.
Formerly curvy at a reported 140 pounds, Lohan now weighs in at a reported 112 pounds, setting the rumor mill in motion as to whether she's perhaps suffering from an eating disorder or a drug habit.
The freckle-faced thesp has denied both rumors and has attributed her weight loss to getting a trainer and plain old-fashioned working out.
Lohan's upcoming film, Herbie: Fully Loaded, an updated version of 1969's The Love Bug, opens June 22.
