Lindsay Lohan was cited for investigation of driving under the influence after her car hit a curb at the corner of Sunset Boulevard and Foothill Drive around 5:30 a.m. on Saturday morning. She was taken to the hospital and treated for minor injuries. No one else, including her two passengers, required medical attention. Beverly Hills police said substances consistent with cocaine were found in her car and could result in additional charges.
But here's the crazy part: Lindsay was smart and had used a driver to get around all night—from Les Deux to a private house party in the Hollywood Hills, with a pit stop at Skybar—and actually got home safely, according to celeb photo agency X17. Then she reemerged from condo in her Mercedes convertible at 5:15 a.m. Big mistake...She lost control of the car just a couple of blocks away.
