If Lindsay Lohan's sporting a fresh tan from her Hawaiian holiday, she isn't flaunting it.

The embattled actress arrived for her hearing at a Los Angeles courthouse today all covered up in a pair of pleated brown slacks, a cream cardigan, and matching brown platform pumps and sunglasses. Her long blond locks were tied back in a low ponytail.

This school librarian/teacher look is definitely one of the more conservative outfits this 25-year-old has donned for court—and there have been many!

Well, except for the trendy leopard-print purse. The fashion-loving starlet had to add something flashy to her outfit, natch.

Sigh. Will she ever learn?
