Lindsay Lohan's car woes just keep skidding out of control.

Fresh off a frightening car crash last week that totaled the pricey Porsche and left her briefly hospitalized, the comebacking Liz & Dick star faces another road block—this time from a paparazzo who claims she swiped him with her car two years ago and now wants her to foot his medical bills.

Photographer Grigor Balyan initially filed a lawsuit against Lohan in January, alleging that he was struck by her car back in 2010 when he tried to take pictures of her outside a Los Angeles nightclub.

According to new documents obtained by E! News, he is now seeking $16,468 in medical expenses. Balyan is also suing for lost wages, loss of property, general damages and property damage.

The initial suit also named Tri Star Sports Entertainment and Lohan's driver Paola Demara, but Balyan's attorneys are now asking the court to drop Tri Star Sports Entertainment from the complaint.

E! News has confirmed that Lohan was served with the complaint on Sunday. A judge has set the next hearing for Aug. 7.

Despite her vehicular hiccups, Lohan continues to shift her revitalized career into high gear. She's currently shooting the biopic Liz & Dick and recently signed on to star in the thriller The Canyons opposite porn star James Deen.
