Lindsay Lohan Rehab Visitors Include Samantha Ronson

DJ pal has paid several visits to Lohan since she checked into Betty Ford Center

Scenester Samantha Ronson is on the guest list everywhere.

"This thanksgiving I am thankful that I'm spending today with someone else's family. Everyone else's dysfunctions always seem so much 'cuter,'" the DJ tweeted on Turkey Day.

Though it's unclear exactly whose family she was referencing, Ronson reportedly hung out with longtime pal-'n'-stuff Lindsay Lohan while the starlet was briefly home from rehab—and E! News can confirm that Ronson has visited her friend several times since she checked into the Betty Ford Center in September.

"I've spotted Samantha there a few times, which is good," a close friend of both Ronson and Lohan exclusively tells E! News, adding that Lohan is looking "amazing" and working out every day.

"She seems to be in a really good head space," the friend says. "Not sure how to explain it, but she seems lighter, like a weight has been taken off...She's come to terms with how bad things got and no longer wants that for her life."

And while we learned that Lohan had been denied permission to travel to New York to spend Thanksgiving with mom Dina, she ultimately was allowed to leave her Betty Ford-supervised sober living facility to spend time with a few friends, including Ronson, at her West Hollywood condo, according to TMZ. Dad Michael Lohan reportedly showed up not long before his daughter had to return to rehab.

For the first time since checking into Betty Ford, Lohan tweeted (or retweeted, in this case) in the wee hours after Thanksgiving: "@TomCruise Every passing minute is another chance to turn it all around. Sofia~Vanilla Sky. LOVE this quote!"

Ronson also visited Lohan in jail in July, snapping at the paparazzi who inquired as to the actress' welfare, "How do you think she's doing?"
