Remember when Lindsay Lohan went all "Whoooo" and was like, "Whoaaaa"?

The homebound starlet has settled a lawsuit brought against her by Tracie Rice, a woman who was riding in the car of Lohan's assistant on the July 2007 night when Lohan followed her out of a party and went zooming after her down Pacific Coast Highway.

Starting to ring a bell?

Lohan attorney Ed McPherson confirms to E! News that his client and Rice reached a confidential deal, but that another suit brought by the men riding in the car that Lohan was driving is still ongoing.

Ronnie Blake, Jakon Sutter and Dante Nigro are suing the beleaguered actress for assault, battery, negligence, slander, false imprisonment and intentional infliction of emotional distress over their wild ride.

Lohan was arrested on July 23, 2007, on suspicion of driving under the influence and cocaine possession after both vehicles finally came to a stop in the parking lot of the Santa Monica Civic Center and police officers arrived at the scene.

The Gotti star ultimately cut a plea deal encompassing that DUI bust and one from May 2007, and...the rest is the stuff of probation-violation legend.
