Is Lindsay Lohan Being a Bad Girl?

Ready for a feel-good Lindsay Lohan story?

So are we, but this isn't it.

The starlet has had a rough couple of weeks filled with everything from failed fashion shows to unrequited love proclamations, and unfortunately, today hasn't been any better.

E! News has learned that Lohan is set to appear at a court hearing on Friday. So far there is no official word on why. However, according to TMZ, Lohan's appearance has to do with whether she's been living up to the terms of her probation, specifically the court-ordered alcohol-education classes.

As of now, reports show that the court order was issued without a warrant during a routine progress check earlier this week.

The 23-year-old's three-year probation stems from her 2007 DUI sentence and 84 minute stint behind bars.

And so we wait for the other stiletto to drop in the saga that is Lindsay's life.
