Lindsay Lohan Avoids Betty Ford Battery Rap

Here's one less thing for Lindsay Lohan's judge to take into consideration.
Citing "insufficient evidence," the Riverside County District Attorney's Office tells E! News that it is not pressing charges against the embattled starlet, who was accused of roughing up a chemical-dependency technician during her stay at the Betty Ford Center in December.
The alleged victim's refusal to press charges probably didn't help...

A day after spilling her story to TMZ, Dawn Holland was promptly fired from the Betty Ford Center for violating patient confidentiality rules. Several days later, her attorney said that she no longer wanted to pursue a case against Lohan and would refuse to assist with any investigation.
Holland had previously accused the rehabbing starlet of acting belligerently toward her when she caught Lohan sneaking back into the facility after 1 a.m. and asked her to take a sobriety test.
Lohan's attorney confirmed that her client dialed 911 after the confrontation with Holland, who claimed Lohan painfully grabbed her arm when she picked up another extension while the actress was making the call.
