Lindsay Leaves No Luxury Yacht Unturned During Passport Search

Move aside Nancy Drew, there's a new (party) girl detective on the scene!

That's right, with the threat of jail time looming over her pretty little ever-frazzled, court-disobeying head, Lindsay Lohan is stopping at nothing to find her stolen passport. And by nothing, we mean a luxury yacht moored on the French Riviera. (See what we did there?!)

Yep, on what may be her last night as a free woman, LiLo didn't hibernate in her hotel room. She didn't exhaust every possible option for getting out of Cannes and into a Los Angeles courtroom. And she also, from what we can tell, didn't bother making it down to the police station to formally file any reports on her missing passport. No!

What she did was shoot off a cursory email asking some of her friends for the use of their private jet (for some reason, her offer was not immediately snapped up), RSVP'd for a VIP shindig and later boarded a luxury yacht with British socialite Victoria Hervey for the birthday party of LiLo's No. 1 hanger-on Markus Molinari.

"Lohan grab your coat and your pocket book moomy," he wrote on his Facebook page. "We are going to Saint Tropez birthday."

Well, it's good to know she's got her priorities in check. And that she apparently is to passport-finding missions what O.J. Simpson is to murderer-avenging ones. Funny how none of those golf courses turned up any leads.

Oh well, we're sure Lindsay will have much better luck scouring that yacht.
