Is Jack Bauer going to wind up in rehab?
Kiefer Sutherland was arrested in the wee hours Tuesday on suspicion of DUI, after he was pulled over, administered a field sobriety test and blew twice the legal limit. (Get all the deets in our news story.)
Earlier in the evening, he had been celebrating the beginning of Fox's TV season at Area. (No doubt, the network's take on this is: "Aww, it's the thought that counts.")
After posting $25,000 bail, he was released around 5 a.m.
This is Kiefer’s second DUI, which means he could serve a minimum of five days in jail if convicted. We’ll have to wait until October 16 to find out.
