Katy Perry and Russell Brand Settle Divorce "Issues": Where Does the Money Go?!

Katy Perry had to sing "I Kissed a Girl" a lot of times to get where she is today. Russell Brand had to tell a lot of racy jokes and fit into some very tight pants to achieve his current level of success.
And now, the estranged couple have figured out where their gotten gains are going to go once they've split for good.

"The parties have entered into a comprehensive written settlement of all issues, including, without limitation, with respect to the property to be confirmed or assigned to each party," it says in big block letters on Perry's response to Brand's divorce filing, obtained by E! News after her camp filed it yesterday.
And considering the duo had no children, it would appear that "issues" largely refers to money and their $6.5 million house in the Hollywood Hills.
Calls are out to Perry's and Brand's attorneys for comment.
According to the filing, Perry also asked that any obligation to pay Brand spousal support be terminated—a key request considering, under California marriage law, Brand was entitled to half of what his higher-earning spouse made throughout the course of their 14-month marriage if there was no prenuptial agreement.
But it appears that either there was a prenup (despite Brand once saying they "ain't doing no prenup"), or the pair—who have seemingly had nothing to do with each other since acknowledging their breakup—managed to cut an amicable postnuptial deal.
Perry is also requesting that her legal maiden name of Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson be restored.
