Katie Holmes is following up the gorgeous glam shots she did for jeweler H. Stern a couple months back with a hot new set of ads.

This time around, however, we get to see a whole lot more of Tom Cruise's better half.

Make that sexier half!

In this latest series of pics, the 33-year-old actress is seen staring seductively into the lens while posing on the beach in a bikini.

Of course, she does seem to be having a little trouble keeping her top in place.

Not that we're complaining.

As for the jewelry itself? Oh yeah, there it is.

Don't worry. We didn't notice the necklace and earrings at first, either. For obvious reasons.
