We've already seen Kate Upton in next to nothing on this year's Sports Illustrated cover, but the 19-year-old model in a sports bra is apparently too risqué for TV!

In a commercial for Zoo York (a skateboard company), Kate jogs through a park, takes her time stretching and is ogled by the brand's trademark talking cockroaches.

But according to a Zoo York press release (excerpted by the New York Daily News), MTV and Adult Swim have rejected the commercial. The reason?

Apparently the ad's "bleeped profanity" and Kate's "erect nipple" are too hot for prime time.

Don't worry, though, Kate's sexy Carl's Jr. commercial is still heating up the airways.
