The accolades just keep rolling in for Kate Middleton.

After being named an international style star in August by Vanity Fair, the impeccably dressed Duchess of Cambridge has done it again—nabbing the top spot on Harper's Bazaar U.K.'s Britain's Best Dressed 2011 list.

The judging panel included designer Antonio Berardi, milliner Phillip Treacy, designer Roksanda Ilincic, editor Lucy Yeomans and editor-at-large Kim Hersov.

"Catherine's incredible style evolution has gripped us all," Yeomans wrote. "She gave us the year's—if not the century's—most thrilling fashion moment at the royal wedding, and is shaping up as an amazing ambassador for British designers and the high street."

Taking the title was no easy feat for Her Royal Highness, considering the bevy of chic British beauties who were also in the running.

Singer Florence Welch, of Florence + the Machine, scored the No. 2 spot for her "fairytale and magical, but powerful" style.

Supermodel Kate Moss landed at No. 4, while Tilda Swinton took fifth because she "has balls. She's the ultimate in transformation."

Keira Knightley wound up in sixth place, with Alexa Chung in ninth, Emma Watson placing 14th and Thandie Newton making the cut at 16th.
