Kate Gosselin Keeps the Extensions

When Kate Gosselin first graced the cover of People to show off her extensions, they were looking a little straw-ish in that Britney way. It was so bad we thought she yanked them all out.

But now that she's had time to play around with the new look (or rather her hairdresser, Ronnie Dieterich—who traveled to Reading, Pa., Friday to help Kate deal because she really is just a normal mom—played around with it) we gotta admit, the hair's looking kinda good.

So maybe the 20 "painstaking" hours, thousands of dollars and Kate's obnoxious yelling during the process were all worth it in the end?
