It's tough job being a Kardashian. See the sisters Kim, Kourtney and Khloé hard at work as they shoot their reality series Keeping Up With the Kardashians on paparazzi-packed Robertson Boulevard.

The girls hit Lisa Kline to shoot scenes and try on lingerie. A source says they were originally shopping for Khloé, but Kim ended up buying some goodies, too, including a New Orleans Saints tee (presumably to support her footballer beau Reggie Bush) and some Cosabella undies—no doubt also appreciated by Reggie.

And after the ladies wrapped filming for the day, Kim and Kourtney's photo ops weren't over. The duo hit TV Guide's Sexiest Stars party at the Sunset Tower hotel. All in a day's work...
